"Create Peace Of Mind", 1 Of Several Way To Feel Amazing

Very long time I am not visit this blog, last updated this DwiLion.com blog is about 4 months ago.I am not leaving the world of blogs, but I was busy with several projects. OK, for a refresher now we will discuss about the encouraging self,one of which is to create positif thinking in our mind.

How to create our mind think positif? One of many way to do positif thinking is create amazing feel in our mind,   which it's can be start whith create memorize peacefulness in our mind. How to do that? I once read a small book written by Lynda Field, a strip about how to make our minds feel amazing, one way to do that is create peace of mind, like give a summary.

Memorize peacefulness, the next time you see a beautiful peaceful scene, close your eyes and commit the view to memory. Make a collection of powerful scenes and memories, and replay them whenever you feel the need. Let the pictures cross your mind, They will act like a healing balm.

Act instead of reacting, peace come when we take charge of our lives. When a problem comes along, don't be a victim who just reacts, face the problem assertivelly and act.

OK, thats two fold approach to achieve peace of mind and to realize our true potential, so you can try to do them!
